Facilities

Management of the facilities is under the control of the Administrator, Mr Kameel Saliba. 

 

Building

As well as the classrooms, laboratories, offices, sport and recreation areas the school has a multi-purpose hall, a drama hall, cafeteria, library, playgrounds, vehicle parks, toilets, storage areas and gardens.   All of these are maintained by a cleaning company.

 

Security

Our premises are kept secure by our own security staff and external security companies. The school is also monitored by cctv cameras. Visitors to the school should report to the guard room where they will receive a visitor’s badge before being escorted to reception. Parents will be given identity badges and car stickers for security purposes.

 

Emergency

In the case of fire or other emergency all visitors must go to the "muster point" on the Astroturf.

 

Communications and Transport

The school communications systems are operated and maintained by an ICT team and the site is maintained by a maintenance crew. The school has its own satellite and microwave link as well as a  back up generator.

 

The transport system is outsourced and a large proportion of our students travel to school by bus. Bus routes and transport fees are available from the school office.

 

Recycling

The school outsources its control of waste through a recycling company which was appointed in 2010. Where possible the school recycles paper, cans, plastic etc.
