Finance Department

Mission
The mission of the Finance Department is to provide support and financial management services to student learning and to safeguard the assets of the school district.
 
The Finance Department is responsible for the financial management of the school district in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures.
 
Responsibilities of the department include:

 

  • Budget development and control
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Accounts payable
  • Procurement
  • Control of assets

Responsible for managing the Finance Department in coordination with the School Management Committee (SMC) Finance Sub-Committee.

 

Finance Manager Assistant/Cashier

Responsible for collecting school fees and any cash/cheques received for other school related activities.

 

Accountant

Hanna Manneh - hanna@ics.edu.jo

Responsible for collecting school fees and any cash/cheques received for other school related activities.

 

Stores Officer

Responsible for the uniform shop and the school assets register.
